I enjoy designing and constructing new residences. I meet with Clients weekly onsite to discuss what’s coming up and decisions that need to be made. Once again as I am the Carpenter working on site I can make small changes to the frames where needed. Sometimes things look good on a plan but don’t work in reality.

Being a smaller builder means there is flexibility with suppliers. This means you can shop around your bathroom fixtures and kitchen appliances so you get best value for money. After all it’s your house. You should be able to pick what you want.

My price is inclusive. Be careful when comparing prices, some Builders are cheaper in the beginning but charge for extras along the way.
